Terms and Conditions

1- Definitions

• Application: Tafadal app available on mobile and the website.
• User: Anyone using the app to browse, post ads, search or apply for jobs.
• Advertiser: The user or entity posting an ad within the app.
• Company / Service Provider: The owner and operator of the app in the State of Qatar.

2- Acceptance of Terms

By using the app, you agree to comply with these terms and the privacy policy, and accept any future updates published in the app. The app may amend these terms in accordance with Qatari laws and users will be notified.

3- Account Creation

• Accurate information must be provided when creating an account.
• Users must be 18 years or older.
• Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
• The app may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or Qatari law.

4- Posting Ads

Advertisers must ensure accuracy and comply with Qatari laws and intellectual property rights. The app reserves the right to remove or reject non-compliant ads.

• No ads for illegal, offensive, or unethical activities.
• No content that insults religion, traditions, or public values.
• No ads for prohibited products or services in Qatar.
• No use of copyrighted content without permission.

5- Job Ads (Recruitment)

• Job opportunities must be real and comply with Qatari labor laws.
• Fake, fraudulent, or unlawful jobs are prohibited.
• The app does not guarantee job information accuracy; users must verify.

6- Use of the App

• No collecting other users’ data without consent.
• No unlawful use of the app.
• No hacking or tampering with systems.
• No impersonation of individuals or entities.

7- Legal Liability

The app is an intermediary platform and does not intervene in relationships between advertisers and job seekers. The app is not liable for ad accuracy, off-platform dealings, or damages resulting from use.

8- Data Protection & Privacy

The app adheres to Qatari Personal Data Protection Law No. 13 of 2016, collecting only necessary data, not sharing data with third parties without consent unless required by law, and applying technical measures to protect data.

9- Intellectual Property

All rights to designs, interfaces, software, and content are owned by the app. Copying or republishing any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

10- Account Suspension or Termination

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Posting unlawful content or content against social values.
• Misuse of services.

11- Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Qatar.
